First choice is the Bus Wash KM-B series: the widened, raised gantry brush banks cover 8–12 m buses and coaches, using foam+PE composite brushes with automatic brush-pressure adjustment to balance cleaning and paint protection. The KM-B230 flagship includes high-pressure pre-wash + brushes + 6-fan drying, enabling overnight batch washing and morning dispatch. The KM-B220/210 are tiered by vehicle condition. For high requirements on livery protection, the touchless KM-H1 series is an option.

We recommend the touchless gantry KM-H1 series as the main workhorse: high-pressure water jets with intelligent chemical dosing from multiple angles, zero brush contact throughout, powerful stain removal that protects livery and markings. The KM-H120 adds 6-fan drying for wash-and-go and built-in water recycling filtration to save water; the KM-H110 is the most water-efficient zero-contact option. For heavily soiled vehicles, add the gantry brush KM-H2 series for extra cleaning power, supporting 24-hour intensive operation.

For industrial gates we recommend the pass-through KM-H3 series: vehicles pass through continuously, seconds per truck, with high-pressure jets covering side panels, tires and chassis; infrared/radar auto start-stop allows unattended operation. The fully enclosed booth concentrates settling and dust suppression, with settling water recycling as standard. For severe cold areas choose the KM-H320 winterized model; for tighter budgets choose the KM-H330 semi-enclosed model. For sites with recyclable material value, choose the KM-H5 series—stationary multi-pass rinsing with multi-stage settling and filtration to recover iron powder, mineral powder and gravel.

Yes. The KM-H3 series uses infrared/radar auto start-stop and washes continuously as vehicles pass through; the KM-H2/KM-B2 adjust brush pressure automatically by vehicle type; the KM-H1 has zero brush contact throughout, so it does not interfere with irregular attachments. It suits heavy-duty trucks, sanitation vehicles and buses—not passenger cars.

Price varies by model, dimensions, configuration, water recycling system, anti-corrosion treatment, transport and installation, and must be quoted based on the solution. The price typically includes the main equipment, water recycling and auxiliary systems, spare parts and consumables, logistics, and installation & commissioning. The final amount is subject to the formal quotation.

The process is: inquiry → solution & quotation → contract signing → production → shipping → installation & commissioning → operator training → after-sales maintenance. We hold a corporate bank account and accept corporate transfers; specific payment milestones and ratios are agreed in the contract.

Gantry models (KM-H2 / KM-B2 / KM-H1) are compact and require less space; the pass-through KM-H3 needs a longer footprint and heavier civil works, suiting high-throughput depots; the water-recycling KM-H5 needs a fixed wash bay. Exact dimensions depend on the site survey, and we can provide precise layout drawings.

Main considerations are site paving, equipment foundation, water-recycling settling tank, water supply/drainage and power connection. We provide free on-site surveys and free civil drawings and water-recycling layout plans, clearly specifying foundation and utility reservations.

A stable power and water supply connection is required. Exact voltage, power and water flow depend on model and configuration; precise parameters are provided in the solution after the survey.

We reduce operating costs by optimizing water and power use per vehicle, recycling wash water and using high-efficiency components. The KM-H5 water-recycling model also recovers iron powder, mineral powder and gravel, further spreading the cost. Exact consumption figures are calculated in the solution.

The pass-through KM-H3 washes in seconds per vehicle with the highest throughput; the water-recycling KM-H5 does stationary multi-pass rinsing for a more thorough single wash; gantry models KM-H2/KM-B2/KM-H1 wash at a stop for deeper cleaning and can run continuously for long periods. Touchless models use high-pressure water jets across the whole vehicle to protect paintwork; brush models use flexible bristles that conform to surfaces to lift dirt. They effectively remove mineral powder, oil, fermented residue and sludge, so vehicles leave site without mud or grime, meeting dust-control and environmental inspection requirements.

Wash wastewater is recycled after settling and multi-stage filtration. The KM-H3 includes settling recycling as standard; the KM-H5 is configured with multi-stage settling + filtration + collection, greatly reducing makeup water and water costs.

With the water recycling and settling/filtration system installed, wastewater is reused on-site with no discharge. The KM-H5 series can also separate and recover iron powder, mineral powder and gravel; a sludge conveyor can be added to connect to filter-press dewatering, suiting environmental inspections and ultra-low-emission standards.

Yes. We can customize body dimensions, load-bearing structure, anti-corrosion treatment (e.g. 304 stainless steel), water recycling system, unattended payment, heavy-duty reinforcement, plus winter warmth (trace heating, freeze-proof drainage), open top (for over-height vehicles), and explosion-proof / anti-static configurations.

Standardized assembly-line production means short lead times for regular models; customized models and bulk/EPC projects are scheduled according to solution complexity, with stable capacity and reliable supply. Exact lead times are stipulated in the contract.

Yes. After installation, we train operators free of charge.

The whole machine enjoys long-term warranty, with extended coverage for core components such as electric controls and water pumps. During the warranty period, original spare parts are replaced free of charge for failures not caused by misuse and not attributable to wear parts. Exact warranty years, extended coverage and exclusions are stipulated in the contract.

Nozzles and similar items are normal wear parts. We supply original spare parts at fair prices for life; parts are highly interchangeable and well stocked, enabling fast shipping and minimizing downtime.

Original spare parts are replaced free during the warranty period; after the warranty, we supply fairly priced parts and maintenance services per standard, with costs based on the actual service items. Extended warranty on core components further reduces long-term O&M costs.
