Water recycling car wash
H5 Series

Water Recycling Car Wash Series

A stop-and-wash cycle in which multi-stage sedimentation, filtration and collection separate and recover iron powder, ore dust, cement slurry, sand and gravel washed off the vehicle, while wastewater is recirculated. Environmental compliance and economic return in one.

Model Details

KM-H510 Standard · Material recovery · Stop-and-wash

Overview

The base model of the water-recycling series. Uses a stop-and-wash cycle: the vehicle drives into the wash bay and stops; high-flow high-pressure water jets rinse the body in multiple passes, and the vehicle may only leave once the timed wash is complete, giving a more thorough single wash. Fully enclosed cabin (roof and side walls closed), with multi-stage sedimentation, filtration and collection that separate and recover iron powder, ore dust, cement slurry, sand and gravel, while wastewater is recirculated.

Applications

Steel plants (iron powder recovery), ready-mix stations (sand and gravel recovery), mines (ore dust recovery), smelters (metal powder recovery) and other sites where washed-off material has value or must be collected.

Position in the Series

The base model: fully enclosed cabin, without winter insulation, suited to material-recovery needs at normal temperatures and standard operating conditions. The winter version (KM-H520) and open-roof version (KM-H530) build on this.

How It Differs From Other Categories

Material recovery is a series-specific capability, and the stop-and-wash cycle differs from the pass-through KM-H3 (continuous flow, seconds per vehicle): in H5 the vehicle stops and is rinsed in multiple passes, giving a more thorough wash and more complete material collection — at the cost of lower per-unit throughput than pass-through. Ordinary pass-through systems only settle and recirculate water and have no material-recovery loop.

KM-H520 Winter Version · Material recovery + insulation · Stop-and-wash

Overview

Built on the KM-H510 with a full insulation package: trace heating on the water lines, insulated covers for pumps and nozzles, freeze-protection drainage, etc. It combines material recovery with continuous winter operation; the stop-and-wash cycle ensures every vehicle is thoroughly rinsed even in severe cold. The cabin remains fully enclosed (roof and side walls closed).

Applications

High-frequency gate sites in severe-cold winter regions with material-recovery needs: steel plants, mines, smelters, etc.

Position in the Series

The standard model (KM-H510) is prone to freezing and downtime in low temperatures. The winter version recovers material while guaranteeing all-weather stable operation in the cold season — no winter shutdown, uninterrupted recovery.

How It Differs From Other Categories

Compared with the pass-through winter version (KM-H320): both offer winter insulation, but the winter recycling model adds material recovery and uses a stop-and-wash cycle for a more thorough rinse. It suits heavy-industry sites that need both year-round winter operation and recovered material value — one machine solves both problems.

KM-H530 Open-Roof · No overhead structure · Stop-and-wash

Overview

The extra-clearance model of the water-recycling series. Stop-and-wash: the vehicle drives in, stops, and may only leave after multiple rinse passes. The wash area has no roof or overhead clearance limit, so over-height/over-size vehicles (high-sided dump trucks, raised cargo beds, non-standard vehicles) pass through smoothly; washing and material recovery are unaffected by vehicle height. The open roof also aids ventilation and heat dissipation.

Applications

Mines, ports, steel plants and smelters with frequent over-height traffic, as well as gate sites that need both material recovery and tall-vehicle clearance.

Position in the Series

The standard (KM-H510) and winter (KM-H520) models use a fully enclosed cabin (roof and side walls closed). The open-roof model (KM-H530) has no overhead structure, letting over-height vehicles pass freely — the model for sites that need both material recovery and tall-vehicle clearance. The winter version adds insulation for year-round operation in severe cold.

How It Differs From Other Categories

The KM-H5 series uses a stop-and-wash cycle, unlike the continuous-flow pass-through KM-H3: H5 vehicles stop, are rinsed in multiple passes and material is recovered, for a more thorough single wash; H3 flows through continuously at seconds per vehicle, with the highest throughput in the family. Both are gate workhorses for high-traffic plants — choose by material-recovery needs and wash cadence.
