Pass-through car wash
H3 Series

Pass-Through Car Wash Series

Vehicles pass through continuously, each cleaned in seconds. Throughput per unit of time is the highest in the whole range — the only efficient choice for high-traffic, high-frequency gate sites. The trade-off is a longer footprint, heavier civil-works requirements and a relatively higher investment.

Model Details

KM-H310 Standard · High-pressure water-jet only

Overview

The base model of the pass-through series. Fully enclosed cabin (roof and side walls closed), with high-flow high-pressure water jets covering the side panels, tires and undercarriage. Vehicles pass through continuously and are cleaned in seconds, with infrared/radar auto start-stop for unattended continuous operation. A single unit can handle high-frequency gate traffic on its own.

Applications

High-traffic gate entrances at steel plants, power plants, cement plants, ready-mix concrete stations, smelters, ports, chemical plants, mines and coal yards.

Position in the Series

The cost-performance workhorse with the simplest configuration, and the baseline from which the winter version (KM-H320) and semi-enclosed version (KM-H330) diverge. The standard model uses a fully enclosed cabin (roof and side walls closed) to meet general vehicle-cleaning needs, and suits gate sites where budget is the priority and there are no special operating conditions.

How It Differs From Other Categories

Compared with gantry/rollover types (KM-H2 brush, KM-B2 bus brush, KM-H1 touchless): vehicles never stop in position — they are washed on the move, giving the highest throughput per unit of time in the range, which is why it is the only efficient choice for high-traffic, high-frequency gate sites. Compared with the water-recycling type (KM-H5): the standard model only settles and recirculates water and does not recover solids, suiting sites whose main goal is compliant vehicle cleaning and where the recovered material has no reuse value.

KM-H320 Winter Version · With insulation system

Overview

Built on the KM-H310 with a full insulation package: trace heating on the water lines, insulated frame and more. In severe cold it will not freeze and keeps running without downtime; the cabin remains fully enclosed (roof and side walls closed).

Applications

High-frequency gate sites in cold northern winters: power plants, mines, steel plants, ports, etc.

Position in the Series

Purposed-built for winter conditions: the standard model (KM-H310) is prone to freezing and downtime in low temperatures, while the winter version guarantees all-weather stable operation in the cold season. The semi-enclosed version (KM-H330) only has side water baffles and no enclosed cabin; the winter version combines a fully enclosed cabin with active trace heating, giving far more reliable freeze protection in severe-cold regions.

How It Differs From Other Categories

On top of the pass-through series' general advantages (continuous flow, highest throughput), the winter version lets pass-through systems run all day even in severe-cold regions. Rollover types (KM-H2 / KM-B2 / KM-H1) have a smaller footprint and flexible deployment, but the per-vehicle stop-and-wash cycle is slower — unsuitable as the main gate washer for steel plants and power plants — and still need separate insulation measures to keep running in winter.

KM-H330 Semi-Enclosed · Side water baffles only

Overview

A simplified version of the KM-H310: only lower water baffles on both sides, with the roof and front/rear openings left open. Simpler structure, lower cost and smaller footprint; the baffles stop wash spray and slurry from spilling out sideways, while vehicles pass through quickly without obstruction.

Applications

High-traffic gate sites where enclosed dust control is not required and the main need is to contain wash spray and slurry overflow, plus budget-sensitive, space-constrained steel plants, power plants, cement plants and ready-mix stations.

Position in the Series

Both the standard (KM-H310) and winter (KM-H320) models use a fully enclosed cabin (roof and side walls closed). The semi-enclosed version only has low side water baffles, with no roof and no full enclosure — the simplest structure and lowest cost, suited to basic spray containment without enclosed dust control.

How It Differs From Other Categories

The semi-enclosed model has the simplest structure and lowest entry cost in the family: the rest of the pass-through range uses a fully enclosed cabin. In the recycling line, KM-H510/H520 are fully enclosed and KM-H530 is open-roof. The semi-enclosed model uses only low side baffles to meet basic spray containment in the simplest possible structure, but is not suited to sites with strict dust-control requirements.
